5. Order Fulfillment & Refund Policy

All products (standard or custom) are non-refundable once they enter production.

Cancellation: Possible only before production starts (at our discretion)
Defects: Must be reported within 48 hours with images
Exchanges: Only for size-related issues within 5 days

Return shipping for exchanges must be paid by the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship all over India via trusted courier services.

Delivery Time: 4–10 business days
Tracking info is sent via email
We are not liable for courier delays, incorrect addresses, or natural calamities
Re-shipping fees may apply for failed deliveries

Colors, sizes, and print clarity may slightly differ due to device display or printing methods. Custom designs are printed as submitted by the user—we do not alter or fix designs.
