Refund, Exchange & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with www.koolmaga.com. We are committed to providing high-quality customized apparel and accessories across India. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

1. Refund Policy

All orders — whether standard designs or user-customized — are non-refundable once they move into the printing or production stage. This applies to:

  • T-shirts (Round Neck, Polo)
  • Hoodies
  • Sweatshirts
  • Bomber Jackets

No refunds will be issued once production begins, regardless of design type. If you cancel the order before printing, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion.

2. Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns. However, we allow exchanges in the case of size issues only, under the following conditions:

Eligible for Exchange:
  • Request is raised within 5 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unwashed and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • Only for size-related concerns

To initiate an exchange, contact us at help@koolmaga.com with your Order ID, reason for exchange, and preferred size.

Not Eligible for Exchange:
  • Used or washed items
  • Exchanges requested after 5 days
  • Design/style change requests
  • Customization errors from customer input
  • Damaged products due to misuse

Return shipping for exchanges must be paid by the customer.

3. Other Products

In addition to the above items, any other products purchased from our store (present or future) follow the same refund and exchange policies.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Caps
  • Tote bags
  • Phone cases
  • Accessories
  • Promotional or seasonal items

Once these products enter production, they are non-refundable, and only size-based exchanges (if applicable) are allowed under our standard 5-day window.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the defect with your Order ID

Upon approval, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship all products across India using trusted courier services.

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days (varies by location and item)
  • Tracking: Details will be emailed after dispatch
Shipping Charges:
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout
  • Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotions
Delays & Responsibility:
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, or incorrect addresses
  • Customers must ensure that address and contact details are accurate during checkout
Failed Delivery:
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
